Our counsellors will assess your NEET rank, category and budget — and tell you exactly which Management / NRI Quota seats you can realistically target.
Management Quota seats are filled directly by the private medical college and have fees typically ranging from ₹8–25 lakhs per year. NRI Quota is reserved for NRI candidates or their close relatives, with fees usually in USD (USD 40,000–60,000 total) — but the NEET rank requirement is lower, making these seats accessible for students with ranks above 4,00,000.
For top private colleges (Maharashtra, Gujarat), General category students with ranks up to 3,50,000 are typically eligible for Management Quota. For states like Bihar, Odisha, and Assam, ranks up to 5,00,000–6,00,000 can get seats. OBC/SC/ST candidates have significantly higher rank thresholds. NRI Quota generally accepts ranks beyond 5,00,000 in General category.
It depends on the state. In Maharashtra, students must register with the State CET Cell and participate in Maharashtra's CAP rounds before applying for Management Quota. In states like Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand, students can directly approach colleges after NEET qualification without mandatory state counselling for Management Quota seats. Our counsellors guide you through the exact process for each state.
Yes. You can simultaneously participate in MCC's All India Quota counselling and apply for Management Quota seats at private colleges. However, if you accept a seat in AIQ or State Quota counselling, you must generally forfeit any Management Quota provisional admission. Our counsellors help you time this strategically — holding Management Quota options as backup while AIQ rounds run.
Absolutely not. Vidyapaath charges only a transparent flat counselling fee (starting ₹999). We do not accept any commission, donation, or referral fee from any college. We also never ask you to pay management quota fees through us — all payments go directly to the college. This is our core commitment.
With a rank of 4,00,000 (General category), your best options are: Odisha (KIMS, IMS-SUM — fees ₹8–14L/yr), Bihar (Katihar, Narayan Medical — ₹9–12L/yr), Assam (GNRC — ₹7–11L/yr), and some colleges in West Bengal. Maharashtra and Gujarat colleges are mostly filled by rank 3,50,000 for General category in Management Quota. Our College Predictor above can give you a personalised list.
Yes. All colleges listed by us are NMC (National Medical Commission) approved, which means their MBBS degrees are fully recognized in India. Graduates can directly appear for PG entrance exams (NEET PG / NExT). We only recommend colleges with valid NMC recognition — this is non-negotiable for us.
