Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vidyapaath's website (vidyapaath.com) or any of our counselling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Vidyapaath Education Pvt. Ltd. ("Vidyapaath", "Company", "we"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

Vidyapaath provides admission counselling and educational guidance services including but not limited to:

• NEET UG, NEET PG, JEE/JoSAA, MBA, Pharmacy, and Law counselling
• Study Abroad (MBBS) counselling for Russia, Georgia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, and other countries
• College Predictor and Rank Predictor tools
• Choice filling strategy, round-wise guidance, and post-allotment support
• Document guidance and pre-departure orientation for Study Abroad

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–18 must have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and counselling sessions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's account without permission.
• Vidyapaath reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid counselling plans are subject to the following conditions:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are GST-inclusive where mentioned.
• Payments must be made in full before counselling services commence (except for approved instalment plans).
• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and bank transfer.
• GST invoices are issued within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay/PayU). We do not store card details.
• In case of failed transactions, please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to your original payment method.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your academic records or entrance scores
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal data
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share your counselling session recordings or materials publicly without written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary cutoff data or tools
• Abuse or harass Vidyapaath staff, counsellors, or other users

All content on vidyapaath.com — including text, graphics, logos, cutoff data, tool outputs, and software — is the exclusive property of Vidyapaath Education Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the College Predictor and Rank Predictor tools is permitted.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vidyapaath makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including:

• Guarantee of admission to any specific college, programme, or institution
• Accuracy of cutoff predictions beyond historical data analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or tools
• Specific seat allotment outcomes from following our counselling strategy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Vidyapaath's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vidyapaath for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Vidyapaath shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of opportunity; college admission outcomes; or decisions made based on our counselling guidance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
