Our Commitment: We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee for new purchases. If you feel our service didn't meet expectations within 48 hours of purchase, contact us and we will evaluate your case fairly and promptly.
2Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

3Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Request made after 48 hours of purchase, regardless of sessions used
- Counselling sessions have been fully conducted as per the plan
- Student received a less-preferred college allotment despite following our strategy (admission outcomes are not in our control)
- Change of mind after counselling has commenced
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
- Student chose not to follow the counselling advice given
- Inaccurate information provided by the student (wrong rank, category, etc.) that affected counselling quality
- Study Abroad counselling fees (recovered from university — no fee charged to student in most cases)
Note: Our counselling fee covers expert guidance and strategy — not the admission outcome itself, which is determined by official counselling authorities and seat availability beyond our control.
4How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Plan Name]"
- Step 2: Include your registered mobile number, payment receipt/transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Step 3: Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Step 4: We will review and respond with a decision within 72 hours
- Step 5: If approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

5Plan Upgrades & Transfers
- Upgrades: You can upgrade from Essential to Pro or Elite at any time by paying the price difference. No refund is issued for the lower plan.
- Programme Transfer: If you purchased for NEET UG but need NEET PG counselling, we can transfer your plan with a price adjustment (if applicable). Contact us to arrange.
- Year Transfer: If counselling could not be completed in the current academic year due to postponement by official authorities, we will transfer your plan to the next year at no additional cost.
- Family/Sibling Plans: Family discount plans are non-transferable to non-family members.
6Study Abroad — Special Conditions
For Study Abroad (MBBS) counselling, the following special conditions apply:
- Vidyapaath's counselling fee for Study Abroad is typically recovered from the university admission fee — meaning no separate fee is charged to students in most cases.
- If a separate counselling fee was charged and the student chooses not to proceed with the application, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Application fees paid directly to universities are non-refundable by Vidyapaath, as these are governed by the respective university's refund policy.
- VISA-related fees, document attestation costs, and travel expenses are non-refundable.
University admission fees paid abroad are subject to the refund policies of the respective universities. Vidyapaath will assist you in initiating refund requests with the university but cannot guarantee university-side refunds.
