What prerequisites are needed for this AI course?+
Python programming (intermediate level), basic statistics, and familiarity with ML fundamentals (or our ML Certification) are recommended. We provide a prerequisite check and prep material before the course begins.
Is Generative AI a major part of this course?+
Yes — a full module is dedicated to Generative AI including diffusion models, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E API, GANs and building AI-powered apps with LangChain and vector databases. Generative AI is the fastest-evolving AI sub-field and is central to current hiring.
Will I get to work with actual LLM APIs like GPT?+
Yes — you will integrate OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude and open-source models (Mistral, LLaMA) via API. You will build a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot and a fine-tuned domain-specific LLM as part of your projects.
Is Reinforcement Learning covered?+
Yes — Module 4 covers Q-learning, DQN and policy gradient methods with Gymnasium (formerly OpenAI Gym) environments. You build a game-playing AI agent as one of your 12 capstone projects.
What kind of companies hire AI engineers in India?+
Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung R&D, NVIDIA, Qualcomm and MNCs with India AI labs hire experienced AI engineers. On the startup side: Sarvam AI, Krutrim, Ola Gen AI, Zepto, PhonePe and hundreds of enterprise AI startups are active. Indian defence and space organizations (ISRO, DRDO) also hire AI researchers.
Is this course suitable for someone without a CS degree?+
With strong Python skills and mathematical foundations (linear algebra, calculus, statistics), yes. We recommend our ML Certification first for non-CS backgrounds to build the required base before attempting this advanced AI programme.
