🎯 The verdict

If you have an eligible NRI sponsor, NRI quota can sometimes be easier to secure (smaller applicant pool) despite higher fees. If not, management quota is the route. Neither allows a legitimate "donation" seat that skips NEET.

Management Quota vs NRI Quota MBBS — FAQs

Is NEET required for both management and NRI quota MBBS?
Yes. Since 2017, every MBBS seat in India — government, management and NRI — requires a valid NEET UG score. Anyone claiming a "direct" seat without NEET is not offering a legitimate seat.
Which is cheaper — management quota or NRI quota?
Management quota is usually cheaper (₹12–26 lakh/year) than NRI quota (USD 25,000–80,000/year). But NRI seats sometimes have a smaller applicant pool. We compare both against your budget and NEET score.
